Christian Bunnenberg, PhD (*1979), academic studies in History and German at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster. After finishing his teacher training in 2008, he worked as a secondary-school teacher. 2009-2011 lecturer of History Didactics at the University of Cologne, 2011-2014 research assistant at the University of Duisburg-Essen and 2014-2016 lecturer of History and History Didactics at the University of Education in Heidelberg. Since October 2016 he is assistant professor for history education at the University of Bochum.
Christian Bunnenberg, Dr. phil. (*1979), studierte Geschichte und Germanistik an der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität, 2005 Erstes Staatsexamen und Magister Artium, 2008 Zweites Staatsexamen, danach Gymnasiallehrer. 2009 bis 2011 Lehrkraft für besondere Aufgaben in der Geschichtsdidaktik an der Universität zu Köln, 2011 bis 2014 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Abteilung für Didaktik der Geschichte an der Universität Duisburg-Essen, 2014 bis 2016 Akademischer Rat an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Heidelberg. Seit Oktober 2016 forscht und lehrt er als Juniorprofessor für Didaktik der Geschichte an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
