Central Editorial Office

Public History Weekly (PHW) is a collaborative journal with partners around the world. Editorial teams alternate monthly, each team having editorial autonomy in terms of content. The publisher De Gruyter is our cooperation partner for web hosting, database referencing and marketing.

The editorial process, from the selection of authors to the publication of Open Peer Reviews (OPR) requires technical realisation, constant organisation and critical guidance as well as coordinated social media work on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Finally, it also needs a budget and its administration. These tasks are fulfilled by a team of colleagues in the PHW Central Editorial Office at the University of Vienna.

Below you can find information about PHW editorial staff, PHW contact emails and PHW’s social media profiles.
