Mark Freeman is Professor of Social History and Education at University College London (UCL). He has published widely on modern British social and cultural history, including the history of education. He is co-editor of the journal History of Education (published by Taylor & Francis), and a co-investigator on the AHRC-funded Redress of the Past project.
