Michel Kobelinski Pós-Doutor em História pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), é Professor Associado na Universidade Estadual do Paraná UNESPAR (Curso de Mestrado em História Pública) e coordenador do Grupo de Pesquisa História Pública. Realizou pesquisas em antropologia e museologia na Usina Hidrelétrica da Copel e participou da aquisição de peças para o Acervo Antropológico do Museu Regional do Iguaçu. É Chefe do Comitê Editorial da revista Ensino & Pesquisa e membro do Conselho Editorial da Editora CRV.
Suas pesquisas estão centradas na história pública, com particular atenção ao património urbano, lugares de memória e arte pública. Atualmente, seu principal interesse de pesquisa são os usos do passado entre comunidades de descendentes de poloneses no Sul do Brasil.

Michel Kobelinski PhD in History at Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), is currently Associate Professor at the State University of Paraná - UNESPAR (MA in Public History), and coordinates the university's Public History Research Group. He has also carried out research in anthropology and museology at Copel Hydroelectric Power, and participated in the acquisition of items for the Anthropological Collection of the Iguaçu Regional Museum. He is the Chief of the Editorial Committee of the academic journal Ensino & Pesquisa and a member of the Editorial Advisory Group of CRV Publishing.
His research focuses on public history, with particular regard to urban heritage, places of memory, and public art. Currently, his main research interest is the uses of the past among communities of Polish descendants in the southern Brazil.

Michel Kobelinski Promotion im Fach Geschichte an der Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), jetzt Professor an der State University of Paraná (UNESPAR) für den MA-Studiengang Public History und Koordinator der universitären Public-History-Forschungsgruppe. Er hat Forschungen auf dem Gebiet der Kulturanthropologie und Museologie am Copel-Wasserkraftwerk. Und der nahm teil am Ausstellungsaufbau des Iguaçu Regional Museums. Michel Kobelinski ist Leiter des Redaktionskomitees der Wissenschaftszeitschrift "Ensino & Pesquisa" und Mitglied des Beirats des Verlages CRV Publishing.
Seine Forschungsinteressen liegen im Bereich der Public History unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des städischen Kulturerbes, der Erinnerungsorte und der öffentlichen Kunst. Zurzeit beschäftigt er sich mit den Erinnerungspraktiken unter den Gemeinschaften polnischer Abstammung im südlichen Brasilien.
