Christopher D. Cantwell is an assistant professor of digital public history at Loyola University Chicago where he teaches classes on digital humanities, public history, and American religions. His work has appeared in The Public Historian, Religion, and The Atlantic, and he is currently completing a book on the origins of white evangelical nostalgia.
