Anna Kurpiel, dr (*1985), adiunkt w Katedrze Nauk Społecznych Centrum Studiów Niemieckich i Europejskich Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Ukończyła etnologię i antropologię kulturową na Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim, doktorat  (pt. „Macedońscy uchodźcy z greckiej wojny domowej na Dolnym Śląsku. Adaptacja, migracje, pamięć” obroniła na Uniwersytecie Wrocławskim. Od 2009 r. prowadzi badania terenowe na Dolnym Śląsku.
Zainteresowania badawcze: oral history, public history, migracje, mniejszości narodowe, obszary pogranicza i wielokulturowości, pamięć w naukach humanistycznych, regionalistyka, badanie życia codziennego.

Anna Kurpiel, PhD (*1985) is Research Assistant of the Chair of Sociology at Willy Brandt Center for German and European Studies University of Wrocław. Graduated in ethnology and cultural anthropology at the Jagiellonian University, she did her PhD at the University of Wroclaw (title of the dissertation: "Macedonian refugees from the Greek civil war in Lower Silesia. Adaptation, migrations, remembrance") Since 2009 she’s conducting field research in the region of Lower Silesia.
Research interests: oral history, public history, migrations, national and ethnic minorities, border areas, regionalism, anthropology of everyday life.

Anna Kurpiel, Dr. phil. (*1985), ist Forschungsassistentin am Lehrstuhl für Soziologie am Willy-Brandt-Zentrum für Deutschland- und Europastudien der Universität Breslau. Sie studierte Ethnologie und Kulturanthropologie an der Jagiellonen-Universität und promovierte an der Universität Wrocław (Dissertation zum Thema: "Mazedonische Flüchtlinge aus dem griechischen Bürgerkrieg in Niederschlesien. Adaptation, Migrationen, Erinnerung"). Seit 2009 führt sie Feldforschung in Niederschlesien durch.
Forschungsschwerpunkte: Oral History, Public History, Migrationen, nationale und ethnische Minderheiten, Grenzgebiete, Regionalismus, Anthropologie des Alltagslebens.
