Dominika Uczkiewicz, M.A., jest słuchaczką seminarium doktorskiego w Centrum Studiów Niemieckich i Europejskich im. Willy Brandt'a Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Studiowała prawo we Wrocławiu i Ratyzbonie. Tytuł magistra prawa uzyskała w Katedrze Doktryn Politycznych i Prawnych na Wydziale Prawa Administracji i Ekonomii Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Do jej zainteresowań naukowych należą: historia i filozofia prawa, transitional justice w Europie Środkowej i Wschodniej, wzajemne oddziaływanie pomiędzy pamięcią i polityką.

Dominika Uczkiewicz, M.A., is PhD-student at Willy Brandt Center for German and European Studies, University of Wrocław. She studied Law in Wrocław and Regensburg; Master degree in Law obtained at the University of Wrocław (Faculty of Law, Chair of the Political and Legal Doctrines). Her scientific interest focuses on legal history and philosophy, transitional justice in Central and Eastern Europe and on the relationships between memory and politics.

Dominika Uczkiewicz, M.A., ist Teilnehmerin des Doktorandenseminars am Willy Brandt Zentrum für Deutschland- und Europastudien der Universität Wrocław. Sie studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Wrocław und Regensburg; Studienabschluss an der Juristischen Fakultät der Universität Wrocław (Lehrstuhl für Geschichte der Politischen und Rechtlichen Doktrinen). Forschungsbereiche: Rechtsgeschichte und Rechtsphilosophie, Transitional Justice in Mittel- und Osteuropa, Verhältnisse zwischen Gedächtnis und Politik.
